CANCELLATION POLLICY

IF CANCELLATION OCCURS AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL WE WILL REFUND YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT. OTHERWISE WE WILL RETAIN THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT. IF WE ARE ABLE TO RENT THE ROOMS AGAIN WE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT MINUS A FEE OF 25%. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
